Do Something Truly
LIFESAVING
Thank you for your interest in the Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club rebuild project!
We greatly value your support as we work together to build a vital hub that will empower our lifesavers, enhance beach safety education, and strengthen our community's ability to protect lives on our coast.
This new clubhouse will be more than a building - it will be the command center for our vital beach safety operations, a training ground for future lifesavers, and a community space where skills and knowledge are shared to keep our beach-goers safe for generations to come.

HELP US RE-BUILD
SORRENTO SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB
Since, 1999 the Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club has been the heart of our Sorrento community. From patrolling our beautiful beach to providing lifesaving training and fostering future generations of surf lifesavers, our club has been a cornerstone of safety, skill, and connection.
Our current clubhouse has served us well but is now past its useful life. It no longer meets the needs of our members, the community, or the growing demands of modern surf lifesaving.
We have an exciting vision for the future: a new clubhouse that will provide improved facilities, enhanced training spaces, and a welcoming hub for our entire community.
How You Can Help?
Be a part of something truly lifesaving. Together, we can rebuild the Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club and ensure it continues to protect, connect, and serve for generations to come.
Channel 10 investigates why our aging clubhouse desperately needs rebuilding to continue our vital beach safety services.
Our $3.5M rebuild
project will:
• Improve emergency
response capabilities
• Provide better training facilities for our volunteer lifesavers
• Create a safe, accessible space for our growing Nippers program
• Ensure sustainable beach safety services for future generations
The current clubhouse has served us well, but we've outgrown it. With increasing
beach visitors and extreme weather events, we need a facility that meet
modern safety standards
and community needs.
